Java/BPM Developer

You will design, build, and automate business processes using Java, Camunda, and form.io.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Business Process Models to automate end-to-end workflows.
• Build user interfaces using form.io to represent user tasks within the workflow.
• Develop connectors, APIs, and software modules to support BPM models.
• Engage with business partners to transform requirements into automated processes.
• Facilitate process design sessions to analyze and document current and future state processes.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of programming experience in Java or Groovy.
• 3-5 years of experience with JavaScript and building user interfaces.
• Hands-on experience building web services, RESTful APIs, and using Spring.
• Experience implementing BPM solutions using Camunda.
• Solid grasp of Software Engineering and Object-Oriented Design principles.
• Proficiency working within Agile methodologies.
• Experience in business process improvement or re-engineering projects.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of AWS.
• Exposure to form.io.
• Experience in financial services operations or technology roles.
