Description

You will own the design, development, and deployment of Java-based applications while managing infrastructure via DevOps practices and gateway technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy applications across development, testing, and production environments.
• Automate processes using continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
• Monitor application and infrastructure performance to troubleshoot connectivity and gateway issues.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Participate in architectural discussions to ensure best practices in application support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency with Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying Cloud-based applications using AWS.
• Strong understanding of network fundamentals, gateway technologies, and APIs.
• Familiarity with protocols including HTTP, HTTPS, MQTT, and CoAP.
• Experience with Python scripting and automation.
• Knowledge of SQL and databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies and the software development life cycle.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
