Description

Design, develop, and support applications using Java and Google Cloud Platform. Own complex feature development and system implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex features independently using Cloud Functions, Cloud Composer, and Kubernetes.
• Design technical solutions to difficult problems while adhering to architecture standards.
• Execute system implementations to minimize the risk of production outages.
• Analyze production operations through monitoring and root cause analysis to improve stability.
• Mentor less experienced colleagues and contribute to technical policies and procedures.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency with GCP (Google Cloud Platform).
• Experience with Terraform for infrastructure management.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud Functions and Cloud Composer.
• Practical knowledge of Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles and application design patterns.
• Ability to work with operating systems, databases, and application servers.
• Competency in problem-solving and production outage resolution.
