Description

Build and modernize core backend modules and distributed services for a large-scale financial platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop core features and APIs within a modernized financial architecture.
• Contribute to technical design discussions and module interface specifications.
• Maintain code quality through unit testing and automated tools.
• Drive scalability, reliability, and performance improvements across the product.
• Participate in agile development processes and software deployment pipelines.

Required Skills

• 7–15 years of backend development experience (5 years with a Master’s, or 2 years with a PhD).
• Proficiency in Java with 7–15 years of experience.
• Hands-on experience with GoLang and C++.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design, software patterns, and coding best practices.
• Experience with microservices architecture and container technologies like Kubernetes and ServiceMesh.
• Expertise in databases including Oracle, MySQL, Sybase, and PostgreSQL.
• Strong knowledge of core data structures and algorithms.
• Experience optimizing application performance through design and code improvements.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience with cloud-native services on AWS or Azure.
