Description

You will build and maintain backend services and front-end components using Java, J2EE, and related frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build microservices using Spring Boot, Spring, and Hibernate.
• Design database schemas and write complex queries for MySQL and Oracle.
• Implement application logic using Scala, Groovy, or Kotlin.
• Develop front-end components using HTML, CSS, JSP, and JavaScript.
• Apply Java design patterns and best practices to ensure code quality.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of overall software development experience.
• Proficiency in Core Java and J2EE concepts.
• Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring, Hibernate, Struts, or Stripes.
• Experience with MySQL or Oracle database technologies.
• Proficiency in JVM-based scripting languages like Scala, Groovy, or Kotlin.
• Solid understanding of Netty, Jetty, and NIO-based servers.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks within the Java ecosystem.
• Familiarity with Grails, Play, or other convention-over-configuration frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Ruby.
