Description

You will design, develop, and maintain cloud-native applications using Java and the Spring ecosystem on AWS.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement software solutions using Java, Spring Core, Spring Boot, and Spring Data.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs for system integration and data exchange.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS services including EC2, EKS, S3, Lambda, and CloudFormation.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and contribute to DevOps automation practices.
• Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum team to deliver test automation and support existing systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of full-time software development experience in design, coding, and testing.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Java, Spring Core, Spring Boot, and Spring Data.
• 1+ year of experience with AWS infrastructure, including EC2, Elastic Beanstalk, EKS, S3, SNS, SQS, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, and Lambda.
• 1-2 years of experience in RESTful API design and development.
• Strong knowledge of automation concepts, tools, and techniques.
• 1-2 years of experience building automation frameworks.
• Experience with CI tools, specifically Jenkins.

Preferred Skills

• 1+ years of experience with Python, Spark cluster programming (Java/Python/Scala).
• Hands-on experience with AWS architecture design, data management, and system-to-system data integration.
