Description

You will assess vendor code bases for quality, resiliency, and viability, ensuring security and data integrity across test and production environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze vendor code bases to determine componentry, business functionality, and intellectual property.
• Conduct code quality reviews and ensure sufficient unit test coverage.
• Execute security scans using SonarQube and Veracode against the codebase.
• Deploy and run code within test and production environments following security requirements.
• Assess data quality and characterize changes in data received across quarterly cycles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in JAVA, J2EE, and JSP for front-end development.
• Experience with JDBC and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Knowledge of REST and SOAP services.
• Experience performing code quality reviews and testing.
• Practical use of SonarQube and Veracode for security scanning.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data characterization and quarterly cycle analysis.
