Description

You will design and implement large-scale production systems, leading critical capabilities within your domain while mentoring the team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design self-contained systems and lead the implementation of significant domain capabilities.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify problems and prescribe mitigation actions.
• Anticipate system trouble areas and define instrumentation practices for observability.
• Define test suites and instrumentation to ensure latency and availability targets are met in production.
• Mentor teammates, guide their learning journeys, and prioritize the closure of open vulnerabilities.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing large-scale solutions in production environments.
• Proficiency in Java and Python.
• Deep experience with Spring Boot and FastAPI frameworks.
• Proficiency with React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker for deployment.
• Strong command of object-oriented design techniques and principles.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, such as SCRUM.
• Ability to optimize solutions for performance, resiliency, and reliability while maintaining simplicity.
