Description

Develop and maintain backend services using Java, Scala, or Python.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement APIs and data-sharing principles.
• Write and maintain tests using JUnit, Cucumber, and Concordion.
• Manage code versioning and pull request strategies via GitHub or Bitbucket.
• Operate and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, TeamCity, or Sonar.
• Manage relational databases and write complex SQL queries.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java, Scala, or Python.
• Experience with GitHub or Bitbucket for version control.
• Hands-on experience with JUnit and Cucumber testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of Jenkins or TeamCity for CI/CD workflows.
• Strong ability to write complex SQL for relational databases.
• Experience with API design principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Concordion testing framework.
