Description

You will develop and maintain backend services using Java and Scala.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement features using Java and Scala.
• Integrate services with relational and NoSQL data stores.
• Debug and troubleshoot application issues across various environments.
• Participate in development cycles using modern SDLC methodologies.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of relevant development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Scala.
• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase, or DB2).
• Experience with Big Data repositories (Hadoop and MongoDB).
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Unix Shell.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Apache Spark for parallel processing.
• Familiarity with automation scripts (AutoSys, Perl, or Python).
