Description

You will build and maintain scalable Scala-based applications and microservices architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Scala applications with a focus on performance and reliability.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Manage data integrity and storage using SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to maintain code quality.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Scala development.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience working within Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
• Ability to work on large-scale projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with containerization using Docker or Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
