Description

You will design and develop scalable software solutions using Java and Scala. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable solutions using Java and Scala.
• Apply Object Oriented Design (OOD) principles to codebase architecture.
• Manage database design and optimize query performance.
• Perform Java profiling, load testing, and memory management to ensure system reliability.
• Maintain code integrity using Git and build automation tools.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in software design and development.
• Proficiency in Scala and Spark.
• Proficiency in Java and its ecosystem.
• Experience with Hibernate.
• Strong understanding of database design principles and query languages.
• Hands-on experience with Linux environments.
• Proficiency with Git for version control.
• Experience with build tools such as Gradle or Maven.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• Proficiency with Splunk, New Relic, or other observability and monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry or ANSI X12.
