Description

You will develop and maintain core ServiceNow functionality, integrations, and custom scripts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement custom scripts using JavaScript, GlideScript, and Script Includes across ServiceNow modules.
• Develop and maintain REST and SOAP API integrations with external systems like Workday, SAP, and Azure AD.
• Configure ServiceNow applications including Service Catalog, Incident, Change, and HRSD modules.
• Automate workflows and orchestrate cross-platform processes using IntegrationHub and Flow Designer.

Required Skills

• 3–6 years of experience in ServiceNow development, focusing on scripting and integrations.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs (GlideRecord, GlideAjax, etc.).
• Experience with REST/SOAP web services, JSON/XML payloads, and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, Basic Auth).
• Experience configuring UI Policies, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Business Rules.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Knowledge of Scoped Applications and Update Sets for modular deployment.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
