Description

You will lead automation efforts and ensure product quality through rigorous testing and framework development.

Responsibilities

• Automate regression, UI, web service, and E2E tests.
• Develop and implement framework libraries to support test scripts and ensure execution reliability.
• Investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate defect resolution with internal teams and external vendors.
• Conduct code reviews for team commits and optimize test execution coverage.
• Coordinate activities between manual and automation testers and report on test coverage.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA and automation testing.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (Jest) or Python (PyTest).
• Experience with manual testing and QA methodologies including smoke, sanity, regression, functional, and non-functional testing.
• Strong Git proficiency using commands such as amend, fetch, pull, checkout, squash, HEAD, and rebase.
• Deep understanding of assertions, including soft/hard assertions and differences between deepEqual, sameMembers, sameOrderedMembers, Equal, and strictEqual.
• Experience using IDEs such as WebStorm, IntelliJ IDEA, or Eclipse.
• Ability to work through UIs and use console commands.
• Experience with SQL and manual testing.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
