Responsibilities

• Create high-level designs and application structures.
• Guide development teams, mentor members, and resolve technical issues.
• Identify bottlenecks and optimize code for scalability and performance.
• Ensure applications comply with security best practices.
• Track project status and provide updates to senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Expertise in core Java concepts, programming principles, and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Java Spark framework.
• Proficiency in J2EE technologies.
• Experience with Spring Framework and Spring Integration.
• Experience with persistence frameworks including JPA and Hibernate.
• Experience handling JSON files across multiple applications.
• Experience working within Agile development environments.
• Proficiency with bug tracking tools like JIRA.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor of Computer Science degree.
