Description

You will build and maintain large-scale data processing applications using Java and Apache Spark.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop Spark applications using Scala and Spark SQL for distributed data processing.
• Build REST APIs and backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Gradle, and Git/BitBucket.
• Collaborate in an agile environment to deliver cross-functional solutions.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on development experience in Java.
• Strong proficiency with Spring Boot and REST API design.
• Experience building Apache Spark applications using Scala.
• Knowledge of Spark SQL and the Spark ecosystem.
• Familiarity with Hadoop, HDFS, and distributed computing frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Gradle, and Git/BitBucket.
• Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
