Description

You will design, develop, and maintain Java and Spark-based software solutions for a financial services environment. This role involves end-to-end development, troubleshooting, and providing L3 support for complex IT systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy scalable software solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Write clean, optimized Java code and perform troubleshooting and debugging.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing architecture and development practices.
• Provide L3 support and participate in the end-to-end design of complex systems.
• Mentor junior developers through knowledge sharing sessions.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Java development (Core Java 8+).
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Experience with Spring, Hibernate, Maven, and Jenkins.
• Proficiency with relational databases: PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and Oracle.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps/DevSecOps tools: GitLab CI, Nexus, Gradle, SONAR, CheckMarx.
• Proficiency with Git for source code management.

Preferred Skills

• 1 year of experience with the Spark Java framework.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, ArgoCD, or OpenShift.
• Familiarity with Apache Airflow, Kafka, or Flink.
