Description

You provide functional support and development for UI-based applications within the CRM ecosystem and third-party integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve day-to-day issues for the CRM application and coordinate with external systems.
• Analyze reported issues and drive improvements through structured problem management.
• Perform business and process analysis to ensure application stability.
• Liaise with engineering and customer support stakeholders to align on solutions.
• Execute quality assurance activities and maintain accurate technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in application support or software development.
• Expertise in AngularJS and JavaScript frameworks including jQuery and Prototype.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented JavaScript concepts.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design frameworks like Bootstrap.
• Proven track record developing Single Page Applications (SPAs) using AngularJS.
• Familiarity with writing Java code and web application architectures.
• Experience working with REST-based web services or server-based APIs.
• Knowledge of Java enterprise development including Spring, JPA, EJB, or JSF.
• Hands-on experience with Java web application servers such as JBoss, Tomcat, WebLogic, GlassFish, or WebSphere.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Node.js, Backbone, or other HTML5 frameworks.
• Experience working with databases and familiarity with Web 2.0 concepts.
