Description

You will provide technical leadership and development support for critical Compensation and Total Rewards applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development efforts to maintain operational stability and safety within product areas.
• Develop work requests based on specific technical requirements and execute deployment processes across environments.
• Resolve production issues and address application or environment-related bugs.
• Perform analysis and provide report data for ad-hoc client requests.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Java and J2EE applications.
• 3+ years of experience as a development lead.
• Deep understanding of J2EE, Web Services, JSP, and Servlets.
• Proficiency with JDK 1.8 and JDK 1.6.
• Experience with Oracle, Maven, and Bitbucket.
• Hands-on experience with Tomcat 6.0, WebLogic (8.1, 10.3.5), and WebSphere Application Server 9.0.5.8.
• Knowledge of Xquery, ALSB, Spring Boot, and Spring Security.
