You will design business process solutions to maximize Javeliina system efficiencies for healthcare clients.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client business requirements to design effective process solutions.
• Plan and track complex implementation projects using logical reasoning.
• Adhere to strict project governance processes and attention to detail.
• Communicate technical solutions through written documentation and verbal presentations.
• Apply product development methodologies to implementation workflows.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience utilizing Javeliina or HEALTHpac platforms.
• Deep healthcare payer expertise and knowledge of Health Plan/TPA fundamentals.
• Experience with implementation consulting on Core Administration Processing Systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage and track complex project implementations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• Effective presentation and communication skills.
