Responsibilities

• Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects from conception through execution.
• Lead and guide technical staff while managing project stages.
• Coordinate between 10+ technical and business teams to serve as a liaison.
• Assess business implications for each project stage and monitor progress against deadlines.
• Manage Agile sprints with minimal assistance.

• 10+ years of professional experience in software development and architecture.
• Expertise in JAVA.
• Deep experience with jBPM and workflow tools.
• Proficiency in React JS.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Ability to manage technical staff and project lifecycles.
• Strong capability in cross-team coordination.
