You will act as a technical architect and hands-on developer, balancing architectural design with Java implementation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage IT projects from conception through execution.
• Lead technical staff and guide project stages.
• Coordinate between 10+ technical and business teams.
• Assess business implications and monitor progress against deadlines.
• Manage Agile sprints with minimal assistance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software development and architecture.
• Expertise in Java.
• Deep experience with jBPM and workflow tools.
• Proficiency in React JS.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Ability to manage technical staff and project lifecycles.
• Strong capability in cross-team coordination.
