Description

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain business process workflows using jBPM.
Integrate jBPM with Java-based enterprise applications and microservices.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and optimize workflow processes for performance and scalability.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in Java development with at least 1-2 years hands-on with jBPM.
Strong understanding of BPMN 2.0, Drools, and workflow concepts.
Proficient in Spring Boot, REST APIs, and relational databases.
Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (master's degree is a plus)

Nice to Have:
Experience with Red Hat Process Automation Manager (PAM)
Exposure to CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
