You will drive the technical development of banking workflow solutions through hands-on coding and technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and development of jBPM workflow solutions.
• Design and code jBPM workflows and system integrations.
• Collaborate with Product and Testing Leads to align technical solutions with project objectives and ensure bug-free implementations.
• Manage technical project timelines and lead technical planning sessions.
• Provide technical direction to ensure project coherence and adherence to industry practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in professional software development.
• Proven experience in jBPM development and implementation.
• Strong Java development skills.
• Experience with system integrations, specifically within banking systems.
• Ability to manage complex technical challenges and problem-solving.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
