Description

You will lead quality assurance and reliability efforts for banking workflow solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test strategies specifically for jBPM workflow solutions.
• Coordinate with Product and Technical Leads to align testing with project objectives and technical specifications.
• Execute test plans, document results, and track bug fixes through to resolution.
• Oversee testing methodologies covering functional, performance, and security requirements.
• Manage all testing timelines, deliverables, and daily stand-ups to track progress.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in testing roles.
• Deep expertise in testing business process management tools, specifically jBPM.
• Proficiency with test automation tools and methodologies.
• Direct experience working within a banking or financial services environment.
• Strong ability to collaborate with development teams on technical integration points.
• Proven problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
• Any Graduate degree.
