Description

You will own the support and technical health of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Manufacturing modules. You resolve complex system defects, lead root cause analysis, and ensure stable production environments.

Responsibilities

• Own support tickets for assigned modules from initiation through closure.
• Resolve second-level service requests and system defects.
• Perform application testing for all system changes and projects.
• Conduct troubleshooting at both the ERP and database levels.
• Lead root cause analysis, workarounds, and technical documentation reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
• Deep functional knowledge of PDM, SFM, MRP, and WO processing.
• Experience administering ERP in production environments.
• Ability to manage database optimization, backup, and recovery.
• Experience working in onsite-offshore application development and support models.
• Competency in monitoring software releases, support packs, and kernel upgrades.

Preferred Skills

• Techno-functional skills for troubleshooting complex issues.
• Experience with interfaces to MFG PRO, Demand Solutions, Positive Pay, Labeling solutions, or Oracle APS.
• Knowledge of highly customized Manufacturing Accounting processes.
