Description

You will provide production support for JDE applications, resolving issues within agreed SLAs and implementing permanent fixes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for production issues.
• Document root causes and resolutions for the knowledge base and maintain SOPs.
• Manage on-call support and handle critical alert escalations.
• Analyze business and functional specifications to determine necessary coding requirements.
• Develop and modify code for maintenance, bug fixes, and create unit test plans.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional development experience.
• Experience with JDE OMS and Integrations.
• Familiarity with JDE WorldSoft 7.3.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with iSeries AS400 and IWS.
• Working knowledge of SDLC methodologies including Waterfall, Scrum, Iterative, and Agile.
• Ability to develop technical design documents including flowcharts and pseudo code.
• Experience managing defect tracking from code reviews and testing.
