Description

Manage and support JDE EnterpriseOne Manufacturing modules and system integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own resolution of Level 2 application support calls and high-severity user issues from initiation to closure.
• Perform application testing for system changes, projects, software releases, support packs, and kernel upgrades.
• Troubleshoot ERP and database-level issues, including database optimization, backup, and recovery.
• Review and approve root cause analyses, workarounds, and support documentation.
• Coordinate with JDE development and CNC Admin teams to resolve complex system defects.

Required Skills

• 3 years of experience in JDE EnterpriseOne Manufacturing modules.
• Deep functional knowledge of PDM, SFM, MRP, WO processing, and Manufacturing Accounting.
• Experience managing highly customized Manufacturing Accounting processes.
• Technical proficiency in CNC Admin environments.
• Ability to perform troubleshooting at the ERP and database levels.
• Experience with Oracle APS.
• Experience working within onsite-offshore models for application development and support.
• Familiarity with MFG PRO, Demand Solutions, Positive Pay, and Labeling solutions.
