Description

Design, deploy, and maintain Jenkins CI/CD infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement distributed Jenkins architectures (master/agent) and manage migrations between on-prem and cloud.
• Install, configure, and upgrade Jenkins instances, ensuring plugin compatibility and system stability.
• Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines, integrating with test automation frameworks like Cucumber.
• Implement security best practices including RBAC, credential management, and automated backups.
• Troubleshoot build failures, plugin conflicts, and performance bottlenecks while collaborating with Dev and QA teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Jenkins administration and architecture design.
• Deep expertise in Jenkins plugin ecosystem, pipeline management, and distributed builds.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD concepts, Git, and build tools such as Maven and Gradle.
• Basic scripting proficiency in Groovy or Shell for configuration and automation.
• Experience with environment migrations and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with test integration frameworks, specifically Cucumber.
• Strong understanding of security protocols including RBAC and access control.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud-based Jenkins deployments.
• Knowledge of advanced test automation integration patterns.
