Description

Lead requirements analysis and process modeling for large-scale, complex system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops for requirements analysis using waterfall, agile, or hybrid frameworks.
• Create workflows using Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) and graphic representations of complex processes.
• Develop business, functional, user, and non-functional requirements including performance, scalability, security, and usability.
• Define report specifications including attributes, columns, and runtime parameters.
• Maintain a Requirements Traceability Matrix to track requirements through the entire lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 10 to 14 years of experience in business analysis.
• IIBA Certification.
• Proficiency in BPMN.
• Experience with large and complex system implementations.
• Strong technical writing and organizational skills.
• Agile framework and project management concepts.
• Experience developing project initiation documents and quality measures.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Master Certification.
• ITIL 4 certification.
