Description

You will design and develop software using Salesforce OmniStudio Public Sector solutions as a Technical Architect.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, test, and maintain Salesforce integrations, data migration elements, and programmatic solutions.
• Build applications using Lightning Web Components and Salesforce declarative tools including workflows, validation rules, and profiles.
• Execute test plans and unit tests to ensure quality delivery and adherence to coding standards.
• Guide teams in resolving errors associated with the OmniStudio Public Sector Foundation platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to articulate design choices and reach consensus on technical configurations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect.
• 2-3 years of experience working within the Vlocity or OmniStudio platform.
• Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, triggers, batch Apex, and Salesforce APIs.
• Hands-on experience implementing integrations using SOAP, REST, and BULK APIs.
• Experience with OmniScript, Data Raptor, and FlexCards.
• Ability to work within Agile methodologies including Scrum, LeanStartup, and XP.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Business Analysts.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related technical discipline.
