Description

You will manage and optimize the Jira instance to support project management and software development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day administration including user management, permissions, workflows, and custom field configurations.
• Customize Jira workflows, screens, and fields to align with organizational processes.
• Integrate Jira with external tools and systems to ensure seamless data synchronization.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and resolve technical support queries from stakeholders.
• Implement security policies and configurations to safeguard Jira data and ensure compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Jira administration and maintenance.
• Deep understanding of Jira architecture, configuration, and customization.
• Proficiency in Jira Query Language (JQL) for advanced searching and reporting.
• Experience managing Jira plugins and add-ons to extend system functionality.
• Knowledge of project management and software development methodologies.
• Any Graduate degree.
