Description

You will manage and support Jira and Confluence environments to ensure operational stability and meet service level agreements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support Jira and Confluence via the internal Jira Service Desk and close issues within defined SLAs.
• Implement customizations including Jira project configurations, workflows, fields, screens, and permissions.
• Manage Confluence content through space creation, data cleaning, and user macro management.
• Review and pilot new applications from the Atlassian marketplace.
• Maintain applications, perform upgrades, and assist with AWS infrastructure maintenance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in administration and support of Jira and Confluence.
• Proficiency in scripting with Groovy or Python.
• Knowledge of Linux environments, specifically RedHat.
• Experience with AWS infrastructure and cloud platforms.
• Understanding of relational databases including PostgreSQL and Oracle.
• Experience working within a customer-facing support or engineering function.
• Atlassian Certifications.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with AI systems such as ChatGPT.
