Description

Manage and optimize Atlassian cloud environments for a large-scale user base.

Responsibilities

  • Manage critical Atlassian tooling including workflows, screen schemes, automation, JQL, reporting, permissions, and custom fields.
  • Support and resolve issues within Jira Projects and Confluence Spaces.
  • Gather business requirements to optimize Jira and Confluence setups and workflows.
  • Evaluate and recommend marketplace add-ons and plugins to enhance functionality.
  • Create documentation for product configurations and automation to facilitate change management.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in a large Atlassian cloud environment (1000+ users).
  • Deep expertise in Jira workflow administration.
  • Proficient in Confluence space administration.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, JQL, and automation.
  • Experience with Agile methodology lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of process governance or automation workflows.
  • Ability to understand system architecture and upstream/downstream impacts.

Preferred Skills

  • Jira Advanced Roadmap experience.
