Description

You will manage and customize the Atlassian product suite to support development and service workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure Jira, Jira Service Desk, and Confluence to meet organizational requirements.
• Develop custom workflows, fields, conditions, validators, and post-transitions.
• Build custom solutions using the Atlassian product suite.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and software development personnel to implement change management methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience administering Jira Software, Jira Service Desk, and Confluence.
• 5+ years of experience customizing Jira components, including workflows and project settings.
• 3+ years of experience developing custom solutions within the Atlassian suite.
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian Access.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working within Agile, Lean, or SAFe frameworks.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies.
• Ability to communicate technical requirements to stakeholders and developers.
