Description

You will lead the migration from IBM Rational Team Concert to a Jira and Bitbucket Agile toolchain, owning the full transition process.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete migration from IBM Rational Team Concert to Jira.
• Integrate Jira with Bitbucket for unified code management and issue tracking.
• Identify defects and manage source code transitions during the move.
• Support the implementation of new software development toolchains.
• Maintain test plans and toolchain workflows throughout the transition.

Required Skills

• Expertise in Jira administration and configuration.
• Experience with Bitbucket or Git for source code management.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Experience with IBM Rational Team Concert.
• 3 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
