Description

You will manage and develop Jira Software and ITSM environments to support organizational workflows and integrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage Jira Software and ITSM projects, including the configuration of workflows, permissions, and automations.
• Build complex queries using JQL to support data retrieval and reporting needs.
• Develop custom integrations and system enhancements using Jira REST APIs and scripting languages.
• Document technical processes and system configurations clearly for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience managing Jira Software and ITSM projects.
• 5+ years of expert-level proficiency in JQL (Jira Query Language).
• 5+ years of experience using Jira REST APIs and scripting languages for custom integrations.
• 5+ years of experience with technical documentation and communication.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ScriptRunner, JMWE, and Email plugins.
• Degree in any field of study.
