Description

You will manage Atlassian administration and provide production support for core enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Administer Atlassian Crowd, Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, and Micro Focus Octane.
• Perform application performance tuning, triage, and root cause analysis.
• Debug issues within OpenShift pods and Kubernetes clusters.
• Execute incident and problem management processes.
• Create playbooks and automation scripts to streamline production support.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of system administration experience with Crowd, Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, and Octane.
• 3+ years of experience in Production Support roles.
• Hands-on experience with RedHat OpenShift, Containers, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in Unix systems and shell programming using BASH or KSH.
• Experience writing SQL queries against Oracle, MySQL, or other RDBMS databases.
• Functional knowledge of AppDynamics and Splunk for monitoring.
• Ability to write Python and PowerShell scripts.
• Experience with network troubleshooting and database queries.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills for leading meetings and resolving ambiguity.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevOps tooling and automated deployment pipelines.
