Description

Manage and support Jira and Confluence environments via internal service desks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve support tickets within defined SLAs.
• Implement Jira configurations including workflows, fields, screens, and permissions.
• Manage Confluence content, space creation, and user macros.
• Pilot new Atlassian Marketplace apps and assist with application upgrades.

Required Skills

• 4-7 years of experience administering and supporting Jira and Confluence.
• Proficiency with Groovy or Python scripting.
• Knowledge of Linux (RedHat).
• Familiarity with AWS infrastructure.
• Understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or Oracle.
• Atlassian Certifications.
• Understanding of AI systems like ChatGPT.
