You will design, configure, and maintain enterprise-scale Jira environments to ensure process uniformity and efficient workflow management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure Jira environments to support enterprise-scale adoption and stability.
• Design and implement standardized Jira templates to drive uniformity across teams.
• Build complex workflows and automation rules to streamline operations.
• Manage Jira migrations and integrate with Confluence.
• Implement conditional formatting and manage custom field values.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Jira configuration and administration.
• Expertise in creating standardized Jira templates.
• Deep knowledge of complex workflow design and rule implementation.
• Experience managing Jira migrations and Confluence integrations.
• Proficiency in conditional formatting and data value management.
• Experience with Jelly Script.
• Any Graduate degree.
