Description

Manage, implement, and maintain Jira software within the IT infrastructure. You will translate requirements into tailored configurations and resolve technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Create and customize Jira projects, workflows, security schemes, custom fields, dashboards, and reports.
• Provide user management, training, and technical support to all users.
• Collaborate with teams to translate business requirements into software configurations.
• Debug technical issues and resolve system problems.
• Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Jira system administration.
• Proficient knowledge of Atlassian Jira software functionalities.
• Deep understanding of workflows, issue types, and screens.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and SDLC.
• Experience with SQL and databases.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other Atlassian tools such as Confluence and Bitbucket.
