Description

You administer Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence environments for enterprise-scale operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure Jira workflows, issue types, screens, custom fields, permission schemes, and SLAs.
• Manage Confluence spaces, templates, page restrictions, and permissions.
• Handle user, group, and role management with SSO/LDAP integrations.
• Create dashboards, reports, filters, and automation rules.
• Troubleshoot access, permission, and performance issues while supporting upgrades and migrations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on Jira and Confluence administration experience.
• Deep understanding of Jira workflows, schemes, permissions, and automation.
• Proficiency in JQL, reporting, and dashboard creation.
• Experience with Confluence space administration and content governance.
• Knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and ITIL processes.
• Ability to manage Atlassian Marketplace apps, including configuration and upgrades.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Jira Data Centre in large-scale environments.
• Exposure to SSO, LDAP, SAML, and REST APIs.
• Atlassian certifications (ACP series).
