Description

You will manage and optimize Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management environments while supporting the underlying AWS and Rocky Linux infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Administer Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management servers to support agile workflows and service delivery.
• Design, implement, and manage customized AWS solutions including EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, Lambda, and CloudFormation.
• Configure and manage Application Load Balancers (ALB) for optimal traffic distribution and health checks.
• Manage PostgreSQL databases on AWS, including performance tuning, backup, recovery, and security.
• Automate system tasks and deployments using Python or Bash scripting.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and implement security best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in system administration or AWS solutions engineering.
• Hands-on administration of Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management.
• Proficiency in Rocky Linux server administration.
• Strong experience with AWS services, specifically ALB, EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch.
• Experience managing and administering PostgreSQL databases.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python or Bash for automation.
• Experience with Kubernetes and AWS Console administration.
• Ability to create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Solutions Architect Associate or Professional certification.
