Description

You will manage and optimize Jira configurations to support product development workflows and reporting.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage Jira projects, boards, workflows, screens, custom fields, permissions, and automation rules.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track sprint burndown, velocity, throughput, and defect aging.
• Monitor defect status and ensure requirements traceability between stories, epics, and product objectives.
• Analyze Jira data to identify delivery risks, bottlenecks, and project anomalies.
• Propose and implement configuration improvements to enhance team productivity and transparency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in Jira administration, including advanced reporting with JQL, filters, and dashboard gadgets.
• Strong ability to translate business and product needs into technical Jira configurations.
• Experience monitoring and reporting on defect lifecycles and requirements traceability.
• Proven analytical skills to interpret complex Jira data for trend identification.
• Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Confluence and Jira Service Management.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with healthcare software or provider lifecycle domains.
