Description

You will manage and optimize Atlassian products across on-premises and cloud environments, ensuring stability and efficiency for the engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the ongoing migration from Jira Server to Atlassian Cloud.
• Automate manual platform management processes using scripting or programming.
• Troubleshoot Jira Server on Windows and various Atlassian Cloud products.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party add-ons from the Atlassian Marketplace.
• Develop technical documentation and training materials for platform users.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience configuring Atlassian products including Jira Software, Jira Service Manager, and Jira Automation.
• Experience with Atlassian Marketplace add-ons such as Zephyr Automated Test Suite and ScriptRunner.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Bash, Python, or other programming languages.
• Familiarity with Agile and Kanban development frameworks.
• Experience with IT Service Management, specifically Incident and Problem management.
• Ability to conduct requirements analysis and support technical users.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical issues.
• Experience working independently with minimal oversight.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with identity management, SSO, and license management.
• Experience supporting custom software integrations into SaaS platforms via API.
• Familiarity with tools such as Rally or Trello.
