Description

You will administer and optimize Jira platforms for enterprise use across multiple teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Administer Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence Cloud.
• Configure advanced workflows, schemes, dashboards, automation, and integrations aligned with SAFe and Agile standards.
• Manage user access, SSO, and security governance while ensuring compliance and audit readiness.
• Lead upgrades, manage platform change, and provide Tier 2/3 support.
• Mentor junior administrators and serve as the Atlassian Subject Matter Expert.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Jira Administrator in enterprise Agile environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Jira Cloud and Jira Service Management.
• Deep understanding of SAFe, Agile, and enterprise delivery models.
• Experience with Atlassian Access, SSO integrations, and identity management.
• Proven experience implementing Jira automation, integrations, and dashboards at scale.
• Familiarity with Confluence Cloud administration.
