Description

You will administer and optimize the Jira platform to improve operational reporting and processes.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure Jira workflows and functionalities in collaboration with Central Ops.
• Expedite service desk changes and partner on enhancing system capabilities.
• Identify and implement new Jira features and automations to streamline processes.
• Manage Jira tasks, data reporting, and act as the architect for the Unified Central Support Service Desk.
• Conduct ongoing maintenance of queues and requests to ensure optimal system performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Jira Administrator, Technical Project Manager, or Jira Configuration Specialist.
• Proficiency in Jira workflow management and advanced automation.
• Experience managing data, including moderate experience with SQL (table construction, updating, querying).
• Deep familiarity with Jira administration and configuration.
• Knowledge of AppsScript is beneficial.
