Description

You will manage the Jira ecosystem, support project management operations, and maintain integrations with ServiceNow, GitLab, and Tosca.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Jira, Confluence, and their integrations with ServiceNow, GitLab, and Tosca.
• Streamline workflows and enforce efficient project management processes.
• Provide daily administrative support for Jira users and onboard new users.
• Handle custom workflows, integrations, and ticket management requirements.
• Collaborate with consulting services for ecosystem assessments and address urgent requests during North American peak hours.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience integrating Jira/Confluence with ServiceNow, GitLab, and Tosca.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management processes.
• Ability to manage complex integrations and propose process improvements.
• Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Tosca test management tools.
• Background in consulting services or ecosystem assessments.
