Description

You will manage and optimize Jira and Confluence environments across Cloud and Data Center deployments.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Jira schemas, including issues, screens, workflows, notifications, and permissions.
• Customize Confluence spaces, templates, macros, and layouts to meet team requirements.
• Manage user and project administration while implementing Agile practices.
• Integrate, upgrade, and troubleshoot third-party applications and plugins within the Atlassian stack.
• Implement Jira automation and scripting to streamline workflows and resolve technical issues.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT experience with deep expertise in Jira and Confluence administration.
• Hands-on experience with both Jira Cloud and Data Center setups.
• Proficiency in Jira Automation and scripting.
• Experience with Test Management tools such as Zephyr or X-Ray.
• Knowledge of JAVA and MS SQL database management.
• Experience working with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Ability to manage complex integrations and third-party plugin upgrades.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Conveyor, automation systems, and Robotic integration systems.
• Knowledge of ASRS, Warehouse Automation, and Intralogistics Automation.
