Description

You will manage and optimize the Atlassian suite and ServiceNow integrations to support organizational workflows and project management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage Jira Premium Cloud instances, including workflows, projects, schemas, screen schemes, and permissions.
• Configure and maintain the Atlassian toolchain, including Confluence spaces, page templates, and Bitbucket integrations.
• Build custom reports, dashboards, and JQL filters to meet stakeholder requirements.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow developers to configure integrations and reporting between Jira and ServiceNow.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, including resource utilization and stack trace analysis on Atlassian nodes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Jira and ServiceNow configuration and customization.
• Strong proficiency in JQL and SQL.
• Proven experience with Jira Software for project and portfolio management.
• Experience managing Atlassian products including Confluence and Bitbucket.
• Experience with Jira and ServiceNow development, including scripting and plugin creation.
• Ability to manage licenses and add-ons for the Atlassian suite.
• Experience with database management.
• Jira Administration certification.
